Adam Dama built the Lovable app as an ad supported application, the Service. This Service is provided by Adam Dama at no cost and is intended for use as is with no guarantees.

If you choose to use this Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The personal information that is collected by Lovable is used solely for providing and improving the Service, with exception of any third-party services, described below. Information Collection and Usage by Lovable
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to name, email, and device identifiers. The information that we request will be retained on your device and stored on a secure cloud service as described below.
Your personal information is used to create a profile which you can use to access this Service from any compatible Apple iOS, iPadOS, or macOS device using your credentials. To use the Service, you must create this account. Any information included can be deleted at your request using either the Delete Account method through the mobile app, or through an email request to lovablenotesapp@gmail.com.
Information Collection and Usage by Third-Parties
The Service does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Personal identfiers will only be collected if you grant permission through settings or when prompted through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency.

Log Data
When using the Service, in a case of an error in the app, Log Data may be collected information from your phone. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services.
